| 目的探究卵巢子宫内膜样囊肿(OEC)患者血清单核细胞与淋巴细胞比率(MLR)、血小板与淋巴细胞比率(PLR)、糖类抗原125(CA125)的变化及其临床意义。 方法选择行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者118例,按照病理结果分为OEC 68例(OEC组)和除OEC外的卵巢良性囊肿50例(对照组)。比较两组手术前后血常规、血CA125、MLR、PLR水平,分析MLR、PLR、CA125对OEC的诊断效能。 结果OEC组患者术前和术后MLR、PLR、CA125水平均高于同时间对照组(P＜0.05)。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期OEC患者术前MLR、PLR、CA125水平均高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者(P＜0.05)。ROC曲线分析发现,MLR、PLR、CA125联合诊断效能高于单独检测(P＜0.05)。术前OEC组妊娠者MLR、PLR、CA125水平低于OEC组未妊娠者(P＜0.05)。 结论腹腔镜OEC患者血清MLR、PLR、CA125水平较其他类型囊肿患者异常升高,MLR、PLR、CA125三者联合检测对OEC的诊断效能较高。 |

| AimTo explore the changes and clinical significance of levels of serum monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio (MLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) in patients with ovarianendometriotic cysts (OEC). Methods118 patients who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy were selected and divided into 68 patients with OEC (OEC group) and 50 patients with benign ovarian cysts except OEC(control group) according to pathological results. The blood routine, blood CA125, MLR and PLR were between the two groups before and after surgery, and the diagnostic efficiency of MLR, PLR and CA125 on OEC was analyzed. ResultsThe levels of MLR, PLR and CA125 in OEC group before and after surgery were higher than those in control group (P＜0.05). The levels of MLR, PLR and CA125 before surgery of patients with stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ OEC were higher than those of patients with stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ (P＜0.05). ROC curve analysis found that the diagnostic efficiency of the combination of MLR, PLR and CA125 was higher than that of single detection (P＜0.05). The levels of MLR, PLR and CA125 in pregnant women in OEC group before operation were lower than those in non-pregnant women in OEC group (P＜0.05). ConclusionThe levels of serum MLR, PLR and CA125 in patients undergoing laparoscopic OEC cystectomy are abnormally higher than those of patients with other types of cysts, and the combined detection of MLR, PLR and CA125 has high diagnostic efficiency on OEC. |
