| 目的研究沙库巴曲缬沙坦对扩张型心肌病(DCM)心力衰竭患者心室重构和心脏功能的影响。 方法选取DCM心力衰竭患者80例,随机均分为对照组(缬沙坦胶囊)和观察组(沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片)。比较两组治疗总有效率,以及治疗前后心脏功能指标、N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平、6 min步行试验(6MWT)和生活质量情况。 结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组治疗后,左心室射血分数高于对照组,左心室舒张期末内径、左心房内径、NT-proBNP低于对照组(P＜0.05)；6MWT步行距离、生活质量Batherl指数(BI)评分与堪萨斯城心肌病调查问卷评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)。 结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦可有效提高DCM心力衰竭患者生活质量,改善心脏功能及心室重构。 |

| AimTo investigate the effects of sacubitril-valsartan on ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) heart failure. MethodsA total of 80 patients with DCM heart failure were randomly divided into control group (valsartan capsules) and observation group (sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets).The total effective rate, cardiac function index, N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) level, 6-minute walking test (6MWT) and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment in the observation group, the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that of the control group, and the left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter, left atrial inner diameter and NT-proBNP were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). 6MWT walking distance, quality of life Batherl index (BI) score, and Kansas city cardiomyopathy questionnaire scores were higher than control groups (P＜0.05). ConclusionSacubitr-tril-valsartan can effectively improve the quality of life, cardiac function and ventricular remodeling of patients with DCM heart failure. |
