| 目的观察内侧间隙保留技术(MGT)与测量截骨技术(MRT)在全膝关节置换术中的临床疗效。 方法纳入行全膝关节置换术患者183例,按不同软组织平衡技术分为MGT组88例和MRT组95例,比较两组患者围手术期资料,术后随访,比较膝关节内翻角、膝关节活动度和膝关节评分。 结果两组患者围手术期住院时长、聚乙烯垫片厚度、术后膝关节内翻角度、术后3个月膝关节活动度比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。MGT与MRT术后能显著改善膝关节功能与疼痛症状,但前者术后膝关节HSS功能评分、VAS疼痛评分、术后1年膝关节活动度显著优于后者(P＜0.05)。 结论采用MGT更能提高全膝关节置换术手术早期疗效。 |

| AimTo observe the clinical effect of medial preserving gap technique (MGT) and measured resection technique (MRT) in total knee arthroplasty. MethodsA retrospective analysis was performed on 183 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty, including 88 patients in the MGT group and 95 patients in the MRT group. Perioperative, postoperative follow-up data and functional score of the two groups were compared. ResultsThere were no significant differences in perioperative length of hospital stay, thickness of the polyethylene insert, postoperative knee varus angle and the knee range of motion 3 months after surgery between two groups (P＞0.05). Both MGT and MRT could significantly improve knee function and pain symptoms after surgery, but the HSS function score, VAS pain score andknee range of motion1 year after surgery of the former were significantly better than those of the latter (P＜0.05). ConclusionMGT can improve the early curative effect of TKA. |
