| 目的探讨小剂量奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗老年性痴呆患者精神行为症状的疗效及其对免疫功能、认知功能的影响。 方法随机将88例老年性痴呆患者均分为对照组(多奈哌齐治疗)和联合组(小剂量奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗)。比较两组疗效、血清P物质(SP)、神经肽Y(NPY)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、免疫功能、血脂、神经精神科问卷(NPI)评分、阿尔茨海默病评价量表-认知量表(ADAS-cog)评分及不良反应情况。 结果联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较,联合组治疗后SP、Hcy、ADAS-cog评分、NPI评分均下降(P＜0.05),NPY升高(P＜0.05)；血脂和免疫指标差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。 结论小剂量奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗老年性痴呆精神行为症状患者疗效确切,可有效改善其精神行为症状和认知功能。 |

| AimTo investigate the efficacy of low-dose olanzapine combined with donepezil in the treatment of psychobehavioral symptoms in patients with senile dementia and its effects on immune function and cognitive function. Methods88 patients with senile dementia were randomly divided into control group (donepezil) and combined group (low-dose olanzapine combined with donepezil). The curative effect, serum substance P (SP), neuropeptide Y (NPY), homocysteine (Hcy), immune function, blood lipid, neuropsychiatric questionnaire (NPI) score, Alzheimer disease evaluation scale cognitive scale (ADAS COG) score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of the combined group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Compared with the control group, SP, Hcy, ADAS cog scores and NPI scores in the combined group decreased after treatment (P＜0.05), while NPY wasincreased (P＜0.05); There were no significant difference in blood lipid and immune indexes (P＞0.05). ConclusionLow dose olanzapine combined with donepezil is effective in the treatment of senile dementia patients with psychobehavioral symptoms, and can effectively improve their psychobehavioral symptoms and cognitive function. |
