| 目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)患者黄斑色素光密度(MPOD)与血清叶黄素水平的相关性。 方法选取OSAHS患者70例为观察组,根据AHI指数将其分为轻度组、中度组、重度组。另选同期健康体检者30例为对照组。各组行光学相干断层成像检查。采用双色光闪烁吸光度法测量黄斑中心凹MPOD,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定血清叶黄素水平。Pearson法分析MPOD与叶黄素的相关性。 结果轻度组、中度组、重度组3组黄斑厚度均低于对照组(P＜0.05),但3组间比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。4组黄斑体积、黄斑中心凹MPOD、血清叶黄素水平比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,OSAHS患者MPOD与血清叶黄素水平无相关性(P＞0.05)。 结论OSAHS患者黄斑厚度较健康者小,MPOD正常且与血清叶黄素水平无明显相关性。 |

| AimTo investigate the correlation between macular pigment optical density (MPOD) and serum lutein level in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods70 patients with OSAHS were selected as the observation group and divided into mild group, moderate group and severe group according to AHI index. Another 30 cases of physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group. Optical coherence tomography was performed in each group. The MPOD of macular fovea was measured by dual color light scintillation absorbance method, and the serum lutein level was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between MPOD and lutein. ResultsThe macular thickness of mild group, moderate group and severe group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05), but there was no significant difference among the three groups (P＞0.05). There was no significant difference in macular volume, MPOD of macular fovea and serum lutein level among the four groups (P＞0.05). The results of correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between MPOD and serum lutein level in OSAHS patients (P＞0.05). ConclusionsThe macular thickness of OSAHS patients was smaller than that of healthy people, MPOD was normal, and there was no significant correlation between MPOD and serum lutein level. |
