| 目的观察微型种植体支抗对错颌畸形的临床疗效。 方法将83例错颌畸形患者根据不同治疗方法分为微型种植体组41例与常规正畸组42例,常规正畸组采用常规矫正治疗,微型种植体组采用微型种植体支抗治疗。比较两组矫治效果、口腔卫生指数、炎症反应、口腔健康状况和不良反应发生情况。 结果治疗后,微型种植体组矫治效果、口腔卫生指数、炎症反应、口腔健康状况均优于常规正畸组(P＜0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。 结论微型种植体支抗治疗错颌畸形效果显著,可有效改善口腔卫生健康情况,降低炎症反应,具有较高的安全性。 |

| AimTo observe the clinical effect of micro-implant anchorage in patients with malocclusion. MethodsEighty-three patients with malocclusion were selected and divided into the micro-implant group (41 cases) and the conventional orthodontic group (42 cases). The conventional orthodontic group was treated with conventional orthodontic therapy, and the micro-implant group was treated with micro-implant anchorage therapy. The therapeutic effect, oral health index, inflammatory response, oral health and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter treatment, the orthodontic effect, oral health indicators, inflammatory response and oral health status of the micro-implant group were better than those of the conventional orthodontic group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). ConclusionThe effect of micro-implant anchorage in the treatment of malocclusion is significant, which can effectively improve oral health, reduce inflammatory response, and has high safety. |
