| 目的探讨磁共振(MRI)导向立体定向手术对脑胶质瘤疗效和神经肽、免疫细胞因子的影响。 方法选取脑胶质瘤患者80例,随机均分为对照组(常规开颅手术)和观察组(MRI导向立体定向手术)。比较两组临床疗效、格拉斯哥昏迷(GCS)评分、神经功能缺损程度量表(NIHSS)评分、神经肽、免疫细胞因子、并发症等情况。 结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。与术前比较,术后两组精氨酸升压素、β-内啡肽降低,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)。与术前比较,术后两组GCS评分、Th1升高,NIHSS评分、Th2、Th17降低,且观察组较对照组改善更为明显(P＜0.05)。 结论MRI导向立体定向手术治疗脑胶质瘤可提升总有效率,促进神经功能恢复,具有临床应用价值。 |

| AimTo explore the effect of magnetic resonance (MRI)-guided stereotactic surgery on glioma and the influence of neuropeptides and immune cytokines. MethodsEighty patients with glioma were randomly divided into control group (conventional craniotomy) and observation group (MRI-guided stereotactic surgery). The clinical efficacy, Glasgow Coma (GCS) score, NIHSS score, neuropeptides, immune cytokines and complications were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group, and the complication rate was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Compared with before operation, arginine vasopressin β-The level of endorphin in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Compared with that before operation, the GCS score and Th1 of the two groups increased, while the NIHSS score, Th2 and Th17 decreased after operation, and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group (P＜0.05). ConclusionMRI guided stereotactic surgery for glioma can improve the total effective rate, promote the recovery of neural function, and has clinical application value. |
