| 目的探讨结肠癌组织中转化生长因子结合蛋白2(LTBP2)、肌动蛋白样蛋白8(ACTL8)表达水平与病理参数及预后的关系。 方法收集163例结肠癌癌组织及癌旁组织。采用免疫组织化学法检测结肠癌及癌旁组织中LTBP2、ACTL8表达,分析不同临床病理参数患者LTBP2和ACTL8表达阳性水平。采用Cox回归分析LTBP2、ACTL8表达对患者预后的影响。 结果结肠癌组织中LTBP2、ACTL8强阳性、总阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织(P＜0.05)。结肠癌中高分化、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期及淋巴结转移患者的LTBP2、ACTL8阳性表达率增高(P＜0.05)。Cox回归分析显示:pTNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、肿瘤低分化、有淋巴结转移、ACTL8阳性、LTBP2阳性是影响结肠癌患者预后的危险因素(P＜0.05)。 结论结肠癌组织中LTBP2、ACTL8表达较高,且其高表达与相关病理参数相关,高表达者预后更差。 |

| AimTo investigate the relationship between the expression levels of transforming growth factor binding protein 2 (LTBP2), actin like protein 8 (ACTL8) and pathological parameters and prognosis in colon cancer. Methods163 cases of colon cancer and adjacent tissues were collected. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of LTBP2 and ACTL8 in colon cancer and adjacent tissues, and to analyze the positive level of LTBP2 and ACTL8 expression in patients with different clinicopathologic parameters. Cox regression was used to analyze the influence of LTBP2 and ACTL8 expression on the prognosis of patients. ResultsThe strong positive rate and total positive rate of LTBP2 and ACTL8 in colon cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues (P＜0.05). The positive expression rate of LTBP2 and ACTL8 was higher in patients with well differentiated colon cancer, stage Ⅲ－Ⅳ and lymph node metastasis (P＜0 05). Cox regression analysis showed that pTNM stage Ⅲ－Ⅳ, low differentiation of tumor, lymph node metastasis, positive ACTL8 and positive LTBP2 were the risk factors affecting the prognosis of colon cancer patients (P＜0 05). ConclusionsThe expression of LTBP2 and ACTL8 is higher in colon cancer tissue, and its high expression is related to relevant pathological parameters and the prognosis of the expression is worse. |
