| 目的探讨枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效及对患者性激素水平的影响。 方法选取100例PCOS患者,随机均分为对照组(枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗)和观察组(枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊联合HCG治疗)。比较两组血清性激素水平、胰岛素抵抗、氧化应激、T细胞免疫应答、排卵率、妊娠率及不良反应发生率。 结果观察组排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清雌二醇、孕酮升高,促黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素降低,且观察组较对照组改善更为显著(P＜0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素β细胞功能指数、丙二醛、总氧化态、晚期氧化蛋白产物、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)降低,超氧化物歧化酶、总抗氧化态、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、维生素C、维生素E、IL-10、转化生长因子-β1升高(P＜0.05)。 结论枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊联合HCG治疗PCOS,可有效改善其性激素水平和胰岛素抵抗,减轻氧化应激反应,调节T细胞免疫应答,有助于提高自然妊娠率。 |

| AimTo explore the effect of clomiphene citrate capsule combined with human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and its influence on the level of sex hormones. Methods100 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into control group (clomiphene citrate capsules) and observation group (clomiphene citrate capsules combined with HCG). The serum sex hormone level, insulin resistance, oxidative stress, T cell immune response, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05); There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Compared with before treatment, serum estradiol and progesterone increased and luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone decreased in the two groups after treatment, and the improvement in the observation group was more significant than the control group (P＜0.05). Compared with the control group after treatment, the insulin resistance index, insulin β cell function index, malondialdehyde, total oxidation state, advanced oxidation protein product, interleukin-17 (IL-17), superoxide dismutase, total oxidation state, glutathione peroxidase, vitamin C, vitamin E, IL-10 and transforming growth factor were increased in the observation group after treatment-β 1 increased (P＜0.05). ConclusionClomiphene citrate capsule combined with HCG in the treatment of PCOS can improve its sex hormone level and insulin resistance, reduce oxidative stress reaction, regulate T cell immune response, and help to improve the natural pregnancy rate. |
