| 目的探究肘管扩大成形术联合黄芪桂枝五物汤对中重度肘管综合征(CTS)患者尺神经功能恢复的影响。 方法将CTS患者106例均分为联合组及手术组。两组均行肘管扩大成形术治疗,联合组采用联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗。比较两组术前术后血清学指标及尺神经运动传导速度,记录术前术后CTS功能评分、上肢功能测定量表(DASH)评分及不良反应发生情况。 结果与术前比较,两组术后白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α、DASH评分、转化生长因子-β1、CTS功能评分均改善,且联合组较手术组改善更为明显(P＜0.05)。两组中、重度患者术后尺神经运动传导速度较术前增加,且随着恢复时间呈递增,中度患者高于重度患者(P＜0.05)；术后各时间点联合组中重度术后尺神经运动传导速度均高于手术组(P＜0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率低于手术组(P＜0.05)。 结论肘管扩大成形术联合黄芪桂枝五物汤可提升尺神经运动传导速度,降低预后不良反应发生率。 |

| AimTo investigate the effect of cubital tunnel syndrome combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on the recovery of ulnar nerve function in patients with moderate to severe cubital tunnel syndrome (CTS). MethodsA total of 106 patients with cubital tunnel syndrome were divided into combination group and operation group. Both groups were treated with cubital tunnel syndrome, and the combined group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction. The preoperative and postoperative serological indexes and motor conduction velocity of ulnar nerve in moderate to severe patients were compared between the two groups. The comprehensive score of CTS, upper limb function scale (DASH) score and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded before and after operation. ResultsCompared with preoperative, the levels of serum interleukin-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α, DASH score, transforming growth factor-β1 level and CTS score of the two groups improved, and the combined group improved significantly than the operation group (P＜0.05). Compared with preoperative, motor conduction velocity of ulnar nerve was increased in moderate and severe patients after operation, and it increased with recovery time, and the moderate patients were higher than the severe patients (P＜0.05). The motor conduction velocity of moderate to severe ulnar nerve in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the operation group at each time point after operation (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the operation group (P＜0.05). ConclusionExpansion of cubital tunnel plasty combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction can improve the motor conduction velocity of the ulnar nerve, reduce the incidence of prognostic adverse reactions. |
