| ]艰难梭菌是医院感染性腹泻的主要病原菌。艰难梭菌感染严格依赖于艰难梭菌产生的蛋白质毒素。近年来对艰难梭菌毒素的进一步研究有了新的发现,也发展和建立了一些新的艰难梭菌毒素检测方法。本文对艰难梭菌毒素的生物学和艰难梭菌毒素及其基因检测方法的研究进展做一综述,旨在为艰难梭菌感染防治提供参考。 |

| Clostridium difficile (C.difficile) is the main pathogen of nosocomial infectious diarrhea. C.difficile infection is strictly dependent on the protein toxins produced by C.difficile. In recent years, there have been new discoveries in the further study of Clostridium difficile toxin, and some new methods for detecting Clostridium difficile toxin have also been developed and established. In this paper, the biology of Clostridium difficile toxin and the research progress of Clostridium difficile toxin and its genetic detection methods are reviewed, which in order toprovides a reference for the prevention and treatment of Clostridium difficile infection. |
