| 目的探讨中风醒神合剂联合奥拉西坦治疗脑梗死后轻度认知障碍的临床疗效。 方法选取脑梗死后轻度认知障碍患者240例,随机均分为常规组(常规治疗)、奥拉西坦组(奥拉西坦)、合剂组(中风醒神合剂)、联合组(中风醒神合剂+奥拉西坦)。比较各组患者疗效、评分及其他指标。 结果联合组治疗总有效率高于其他组(P＜0.05)。治疗后联合组、奥拉西坦组、合剂组NIHSS评分、脑红蛋白、血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶、中枢神经特异蛋白低于常规组,MoCA评分、MMSE评分、ADL评分、脑衍生神经营养因子水平高于常规组,且联合组较奥拉西坦组和合剂组改善更为明显(P＜0.05)。治疗后联合组、奥拉西坦组、合剂组脑血管阻力指数低于常规组,联合组低于奥拉西坦组和合剂组(P＜0.05)。 结论中风醒神合剂联合奥拉西坦治疗脑梗死后轻度认知障碍疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用。 |

| To investigate the effect of zhongfeng xingshen mixture combined with oxiracetam on mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction. Methods240 patients with mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into routine group (routine treatment), oxiracetam group (oxiracetam), mixture group (zhongfeng xingshen mixture), and combined group (zhongfeng xingshen mixture+oxiracetam). The curative effect, score and other indicators of each group were compared. ResultsThe total effective rate of combined group was higher than other groups (P＜0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score, neuroglobin, NSE, and CNS specific protein in the combination group, oxiracetam group, and mixture group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the MoCA score, MMSE score, ADL score, and BDNF level in the combination group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the improvement in the combination group was more significant than oxiracetam group and mixture group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the cerebral vascular RI of the combined group, oxiracetam group and mixture group was lower than conventional group, and combined group was lower than oxiracetam group and mixture group (P＜0.05). ConclusionZhongfeng xingshen mixture combined with oxiracetam has a significant effect on mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction, which is worthy of clinical application. |
