目的分析夫精前向运动精子总数(TPMSC)联合体质指数(BMI)、血清抗缪勒管激素(AMH)对人工授精助孕结局的预测效能。 方法选取宫腔内人工授精(IUI)不孕症女性136例,根据妊娠结局分为妊娠组和未妊娠组,分析两组BMI、血清AMH、TPMSC水平,及其对妊娠结局的预测效能。 结果妊娠组AMH、TPMSC高于未妊娠组,BMI低于未妊娠组(P<0.05)。BMI、TPMSC、AMH均对IUI妊娠结局具有一定预测效能,三者联合预测效能高于单独预测。 结论BMI、血清AMH、TPMSC三者联合对预测IUI助孕结局有较高效能。 |

To analyze the prediction efficiency of total progressive motile sperm count (TPMSC) combined with body mass index (BMI) and serum anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) on the outcomes of artificial insemination. Methods136 infertility women who received intrauterine insemination (IUI) were selected, and divided into pregnant group and non-pregnant group according to the pregnancyoutcome. BMI, serum AMH and TPMSC in the two groups, and their predictive performance for pregnancy outcomes were analyzed. ResultsAMH and TPMSC of pregnant group were higher than the non-pregnant group, and BMI was lower than the non-pregnant group (P<0.05). BMI, TPMSC, and AMH all could be used to predictoutcomes of IUI, and the combined predictive power of the three is higher than that of the single prediction. ConclusionThe combination of BMI, TPMSCand AMH is helpful for predicting outcomes of IUI. |
