| 结直肠癌、胃癌与肝癌等消化系统肿瘤的发病率与死亡率居中国肿瘤的前5位,这些消化道肿瘤早期诊断困难,常规手术和化疗效果较差且存在抗药性,其5年生存率低,严重危害人民的生命健康。因此,探讨其侵袭转移机制与治疗靶点至关重要。目前,非编码RNA在肿瘤中的作用已经成为研究热点,本专栏重点概述非编码RNA在结直肠癌、胃癌与肝癌中的作用,希望为肿瘤发生与治疗提供新视角和潜在靶点。 |

| The incidence and mortality of digestive system tumors such as colorectal cancer, gastric cancer and liver cancer are among the top 5 tumors in China. Due to the difficulties in early diagnosis, poor efficacy of conventional surgery and chemotherapy, and drug resistance, the 5-year survival rate is low, which seriously endangers people s life and health. Therefore, it is very important to explore the mechanism of invasion and metastasis and therapeutic targets. At present, the role of non-coding RNA in cancer has become a research hotspot. This column summarizes the role of non-coding RNA in colorectal cancer, gastric cancer and liver cancer in combination with the work of relevant experts, hoping to pro-vide a new perspective and potential targets for tumorigenesis and treatment. |
