| 肿瘤异质性是恶性肿瘤的特征之一,单细胞测序技术是在单个细胞水平上进行全基因组、转录组以及表观遗传学测序,从而为肿瘤异质群体的细胞亚群分类提供依据,进而有效揭示肿瘤细胞内有关遗传、转录和表观遗传水平复杂性改变的过程。本文介绍测序技术的进展、单细胞测序技术方法以及单细胞测序技术在具体肿瘤中的应用进展,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 |

| Tumor heterogeneity is one of the characteristics of malignant tumors. Single-cell sequencing is a technique that performs whole-genome, transcriptome and epigenetic sequencing at the single-cell level, thus providing a basis for cell subpopulation classification of tumor heteropopulations, and effectively revealing the complex changes in genetic, transcriptional and epigenetic levels in tumor cells. In this review, the progress of sequencing technology, the steps and methods of single-cell sequencing technology and the application of single-cell sequencing technology in specific tumors are introduced, and its development prospects are also prospected. |
