目的分析宫腹腔镜-来曲唑对子宫内膜异位症(EM)患者血清炎症因子及中性粒细胞活化肽78(ENA-78)、单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)水平的影响。 方法EM患者200例均分为对照组(宫腹腔镜手术)和联合组(宫腹腔镜手术联合来曲唑)。采用放射免疫法检测血清黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)和雌二醇(E2),酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血清炎症因子白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-10、C反应蛋白(CRP)和ENA-78、MCP-1。 结果联合组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清LH、FSH、E2、IL-2、IL-10、CRP、ENA-78和MCP-1水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后上述指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论宫腹腔镜-来曲唑治疗EM临床效果明显,且能明显降低血清炎症因子及ENA-78、MCP-1水平。 |

To analyze the effect of uterine laparoscopy-letrozole on serum inflammatory factors, neutrophil-activated peptide 78 (ENA-78) and monocyte chemokine-1 (MCP-1) levels in patients with endometriosis (EM). Methods200 EM patients were divided into the control group (uterine laparoscopic surgery) and the combined group (uterine laparoscopic surgery combined with letrozole). Serum luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and estradiol (E2) were detected by radioimmunoassay, and serum inflammatory factor interleukin-2 (IL-2), IL-10, C reactive protein (CRP), and ENA-78, MCP-1 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. ResultsThe total effectiverate in the combinedgroup was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the pre-treatment levels, the serum LH, FSH, E2, IL-2, IL-10, CRP, ENA-78, and MCP-1 levels were significantly decreased after treatment in both groups (P<0.05), and the above indicators in the combined group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). ConclusionUterine laparoscopic-letrozole has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of EM, and can significantly reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors, ENA-78, and MCP-1. |
