| 目的回顾性分析胆道恶性肿瘤(BTC)淋巴结转移分布特点,寻找BTC淋巴结转移规律。 方法收集行CT、MRI、PET/CT检查的153例BTC患者临床资料,分析BTC淋巴结转移的特点。 结果肝内胆管癌、肝门胆管癌淋巴结转移部位前三位均为腹膜后、肝门区、心膈角；胆囊癌淋巴结转移部位前三位是腹膜后、肝门区、胰头后方；远端胆管癌淋巴结转移部位前三位是腹膜后、胰头后方、肝门区。 结论不同BTC类型的淋巴结转移规律不同,但均以腹膜后淋巴结引流区转移率最高。在放疗靶区设计时,应重视高危淋巴结引流区。 |

| The distribution characteristics of lymph node metastasis of biliary tract cancer (BTC) were retrospectively analyzed to find the regularity of BTC lymph node metastasis. MethodsThe clinical data of 153 BTC patients who underwent CT, MRI, and PET/CT examinations in our hospital were collected, and the characteristics of BTC lymph node metastasis were analyzed. ResultsThe top three sites of lymph node metastasis sites in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and hilar cholangiocarcinoma were retroperitoneum, the hilar lymph nodes, cardio-diaphragmatic angle.The top three sites of lymph node metastasis sites of gallbladder cancer were retroperitoneum, the hilar lymph nodes, posterior pancreas. The top three sites of lymph node metastases of distal cholangiocarcinoma were retroperitoneum, posterior pancreas and the hilar lymph nodes. ConclusionDifferent types of BTC have different regularity of lymph node metastasis, but the metastasis rate of retroperitoneal lymph node drainage area is the highest. In the design of radiotherapy target, attention should be paid to high-risk lymph node drainage area. |
