| 目的观察强化股内斜肌(VMO)训练联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗髌骨软骨软化症(CP)的疗效。方法选取CP患者120例,根据不同治疗方式均分为联合组和玻璃酸钠组。玻璃酸钠组患者关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,联合组关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗后给予强化VMO训练。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Lysholm膝关节评分、临床疗效、VMO与股外侧肌(VL)活动比率、髌骨肌肉围度及膝关节Q角的变化。结果联合组临床有效率高于玻璃酸钠组(P＜0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分、膝关节Q角均低于治疗前,且联合组低于玻璃酸钠组(P＜0.05)。治疗后,两组Lysholm膝关节评分、VMO/VL活动比率均较治疗前提高,且联合组高于玻璃酸钠组(P＜0.05)。结论强化VMO训练联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗可显著缓解CP患者疼痛症状,改善膝关节功能,调节其髌骨肌肉围度和膝关节Q角。 |

| To observe the effect of intensive vastus medialis oblique (VMO) training combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of patellar chondromalacia (CP). Methods120 patients with CP were selected and divided into combined group and sodium hyaluronate group according to different treatment methods, with 60 patients in each group. Patients in the sodium hyaluronate group were treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate, and patients in the combined group were given intensive VMO training after intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. Visual analogue scale (VAS), Lysholm knee joint score, efficacy index, ratio of VMO to vastus lateralis muscle (VL) activity, patella muscle circumference and knee Q angle were compared between two groups before and after treatment. ResultsThe clinical effective rate of combined group was higher than that of sodium hyaluronate group (P＜0.05). VAS score and knee Q angle of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and that of the combined group was lower than that of the sodium hyaluronate group (P＜0.05). Lysholm knee score and VMO/VL activity ratio patella muscle circumference in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the combined group were higher than those in the sodium hyaluronate group (P＜0.05). ConclusionIntensive VMO training combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate can significantly relieve pain symptoms of CP patients, improve knee function, and adjust the patella muscle circumference and knee Q angle. |
