| ]肝性骨病是慢性肝病常见的并发症之一,包括骨质软化症和骨质疏松症,其特征是骨矿物质密度的改变所导致的代谢性骨病；及早识别干预可以明显改善慢性肝病患者的生活质量和远期预后。不同类型的慢性肝病发病机制各有不同,而继发性骨代谢失衡的机制也不尽相同,现就肝性骨病的发病机制进行综述。 |

| Hepatic osteodystrophy is a metabolic skeletal disorder with altered bone mineral density in patients with chronic liver disease, including osteochondrosis and osteoporosis, which is a common complication of chronic liver disease and early diagnosis and intervention cam improve the quality of life and long-term prognosis of patients significantly. Both chronic liver diseases caused by different etiological subtype and secondary bone metabolism imbalance have various mechanisms, this paper reviewed the progresses of hepatic osteodystrophy focusing on the pathogenesis. |
