目的研究组蛋白去甲基化酶JMJD2B和造血前B细胞白血病转录因子相互作用蛋白(HPIP)在宫颈癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。 方法收集97例宫颈癌患者临床资料,检测宫颈癌组织及癌旁组织JMJD2B、HPIP表达,分析其与临床病理特征及预后的关系。对生存影响因素进行Cox回归分析,Kaplan-Meier分析生存情况,ROC曲线分析JMJD2B、HPIP对预后的预测效能。 结果JMJD2B、HPIP在宫颈癌组织中阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。JMJD2B、HPIP表达与肿瘤直径、肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移及浸润程度有关(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,肿瘤直径、肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润程度、JMJD2B表达、HPIP表达为影响预后的独立因素(P<0.05)。JMJD2B、HPIP阳性表达者3年生存率和中位生存期低于阴性表达者(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,JMJD2B、HPIP联合预测宫颈癌预后灵敏度和AUC均高于单独检测(P<0.05)。 结论JMJD2B、HPIP在宫颈癌组织中表达上调,与肿瘤直径、肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移及浸润程度有关,可作为宫颈癌预后的预测指标。 |

To investigate the expression of protein demethylase JMJD2B and hematopoietic pre-B-cell leukemia transcription factor-interacting protein (HPIP)in cervical cancer and its relationship with prognosis. MethodsThe clinical data of 97 cervical cancer patients was collected. The expression of JMJD2B and HPIP in cervical cancer tissues and adjacent tissues was detected, and its relationship with clinicopathological features and the prognosis was analyzed. Cox regression analysis was performed to screen the influencing factors of survival, Kaplan-Meier analysis was conducted to analyze the survival status, and ROC curve was used to analyze the prognostic value of JMJD2B and HPIP. ResultsThe positive expression rates of JMJD2B and HPIP in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of JMJD2B and HPIP was related to tumor diameter, tumor differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis and infiltration degree(P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that tumor diameter, tumor differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis, infiltration degree, expression of JMJD2B, and expression of HPIP were independent factors influencing the prognosis(P<0.05). The 3-year survival rate and median survival time of patients with positive expression of JMJD2B and HPIP were lower than those with negative expression(P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity and AUC of JMJD2B combined with HPIP in the prognosis of cervical cancer were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05). ConclusionThe expression of JMJD2B and HPIP was upregulated in cervical cancer tissues.It is related to tumor diameter, tumor differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis and infiltration degree, which indicates that they can be used as prognostic factors of cervical cancer. |
