| 目的探讨盆底康复联合腹直肌分离(DRA)电刺激治疗产后压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床疗效。 方法选取产后DRA合并SUI患者400例,随机均分为对照组和联合组。对照组进行盆底康复治疗,联合组进行盆底康复联合DRA电刺激治疗,比较两组临床疗效。 结果与对照组比较,联合组治疗后各阶段盆底表面肌电相关指标均明显改善(P＜0.05),女性性功能指数各维度评分提升幅度、腹压漏尿点压、功能性尿道长度、最大尿道压、最大尿流率改善程度、尿失禁生活质量问卷评分提升程度、DRA距离减少程度均大于对照组(P＜0.05)；联合组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。 结论盆底康复联合DRA电刺激治疗产后DRA合并SUI患者,有利于DRA恢复及性功能改善,从而提高患者生活质量和治疗有效率。 |

| To investigate the clinical effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with diastasis recti abdominis (DRA) electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods400 patients with postpartum DRA complicated with SUI were randomly divided into control group and combined group. The control group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation, and the combined group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with DRA electrical stimulation. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. ResultsCompared with the control group after treatment, the related indexes of pelvic floor surface electromyography in the combined group were significantly improved at all stages after treatment(P＜0.05), the improvement range of each dimension score of female sexual function index, abdominal pressure, leakage point pressure, functional urethral length, maximum urethral pressure, maximum urinary flow rate, improvement degree of urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire score and reduction degree of DRA distance in the combined group were greater than those in the control group(P＜0.05), the effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05). ConclusionPelvic floor rehabilitation combined with DRA electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum DRA patients with SUI is conducive to the recovery of DRA and the improvement of sexual function, so as to improve the quality of life and treatment efficiency of patients. |
