| 醛酮还原酶1B10(AKR1B10)是醛酮还原酶(AKR)超家族的成员之一,参与了多种肿瘤的发生及发展,是一种新型的肿瘤标志物。近年来,关于AKR1B10抑制剂的研究也越来越多,并有望成为新型的抗癌药物。本文主要就AKR1B10的结构及功能、促进不同肿瘤发生发展的机制、作为血清肿瘤标志物的应用、耐药性及其抑制剂的应用等方面进行综述。 |

| Aldo-keto reductase 1B10(AKR1B10), a member of the superfamily of aldo-keto reductase (AKR), is involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors and is a novel tumor marker. There are more and more studies on AKR1B10 inhibitors and they are expected to become new anticancer drugs. The structure and functions of AKR1B10, the mechanisms promoted in different tumor development, the application of AKR1B10 as a serum tumor marker, drug resistance and its inhibitors were reviewed. |
