| 目的探讨189例不孕患者试管婴儿助孕妊娠结局的影响因素。方法189例不孕患者试管婴儿助孕者,根据妊娠结局分为妊娠组和未妊娠组,收集并统计两组患者的基本临床资料、不孕原因、不孕类型、受孕方式、生理因素以及生活事件,采用Logistic多元线性回归分析妊娠结局影响因素。结果妊娠96例,未妊娠93例。妊娠率为50.26%。年龄、不孕年限、体质指数(BMI)、不孕原因、内膜形态、内膜厚度、优质胚胎数以及生活事件是影响试管婴儿助孕妊娠结局的单因素。年龄、不孕年限、卵巢因素、子宫因素、内膜形态、内膜厚度以及主观生活事件是影响试管婴儿助孕妊娠结局的高危因素。结论患者的年龄、不孕年限、不孕原因、内膜形态、内膜厚度、优质胚胎数以及生活事件影响不孕患者试管婴儿助孕妊娠结局。 |

| To investigate the influencing factors of pregnancy outcome in 189 infertile patients with IVF.MethodsAccording to the pregnancy outcome, 189 infertile patients with IVF were divided into pregnancy group and non-pregnancy group. The basic clinical data, cause of infertility, type of infertility, mode of conception, physiological factors and life events of the two groups were collected and analyzed. The influencing factors of pregnancy outcome were analyzed by Logistic multiple linear regression. ResultsThere were 96 pregnancies and 93 non-pregnancies. The pregnancy rate was 50.26%. Age, infertility years, BMI, causes of infertility, endometrial morphology, endometrial thickness, number of high-quality embryos and life events are the single factors affecting the outcome of IVF assisted pregnancy. Age, infertility years, ovarian factors, uterine factors, endometrial morphology, endometrial thickness and subjective life events are the high risk factors affecting the outcome of IVF assisted pregnancy. ConclusionAge, infertility years, infertility causes, endometrial morphology, endometrial thickness, number of high-quality embryos and life events affect the outcome of IVF pregnancy in infertile patients. |
