目的探讨特布他林、布地奈德、乙酰半胱氨酸三联雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者的疗效及对肺功能、血清炎症因子的影响。方法分析102例COPD急性加重期患者的临床及随访资料,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组予以特布他林、布地奈德二联雾化吸入治疗,观察组予以特布他林、布地奈德、乙酰半胱氨酸三联雾化吸入治疗。比较两组疗效、肺功能、血清炎症因子、抗氧化指标及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、丙二醛水平低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论特布他林、布地奈德、乙酰半胱氨酸三联雾化吸入治疗COPD急性加重期患者能有效缓解气道炎症反应,清除血清氧化产物,促进患者肺功能改善,且具有较高的安全性。 |

To investigate the efficacy of terbutaline, budesonide and acetylcysteine triple atomization inhalation in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and its effects on pulmonary function and serum inflammatory factors. MethodsThe clinical and follow-up data of 102 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with terbutaline and budesonide combined atomization inhalation, and the observation group was treated with terbutaline, budesonide and acetylcysteine combined atomization inhalation. The curative effect, pulmonary function, serum inflammatory factors, antioxidant indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The forced expiratory volume (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC) and FEV1 / FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Serum interleukin-8 (IL-8), IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α after treatment in the observation group, the level of malondialdehyde was lower than that of the control group, and the level of superoxide dismutase was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). ConclusionTerbutaline, budesonide and acetylcysteine triple atomization inhalation in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD can effectively alleviate airway inflammation, remove serum oxidation products, and promote the improvement of pulmonary function, and has high safety. |
