目的分析肺癌患者血清D二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平和活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)与TNM分期及预后的关系。方法将80例肺癌患者作为治疗组,根据TNM分期标准分为Ⅰ+Ⅱ期组(23例)、Ⅲ期组(32例)和Ⅳ期组(25例);根据出院后随访预后分为死亡组(n=49)和存活组(n=31)。选取同期健康体检正常的80例作为对照组。比较各组D-D、FIB和APTT水平。结果治疗组D-D、FIB水平高于对照组,APTT低于存活组(P<0.05)。Ⅳ期组、Ⅲ期组D-D、FIB水平高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期组,APTT低于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期组(P<0.05);Ⅳ期组D-D、FIB水平高于Ⅲ期组,APTT低于Ⅲ期组(P<0.05)。经Sepearman分析,D-D、FIB水平与肺癌患者TNM分期呈正相关,APTT与肺癌患者TNM分期呈负相关(P<0.05)。死亡组D-D、FIB水平高于存活组,APTT低于存活组(P<0.05)。结论D-D、FIB水平与肺癌患者TNM分期呈正相关,APTT与肺癌患者TNM分期呈负相关,三者与患者预后密切相关。 |

To analyze the relationship between serum D-dimer (D-D), fibrinogen (FIB), activated partial prothrombin time (APTT) and TNM stage and prognosis in patients with lung cancer. MethodsEighty patients with lung cancer were divided into stage Ⅰ+stage Ⅱ group (n=23), stage Ⅲ group (n=32) and stage Ⅳ group (n=25) according to TNM staging criteria. According to the prognosis, the patients were divided into death group (n=49) and survival group (n=31). In the same period, 80 cases with normal physical examination in our hospital were taken as the control group. The levels of D-D, FIB and APTT in each group were compared. ResultsThe levels of D-D and FIB in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, and APTT was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of D-D and FIB in the stage IV and stage III groups were higher than those in the stage I+II group, and the APTT was lower than that in the stage I+II group (P<0.05). The levels of D-D and FIB in stage IV were higher than those in stage III group, and APTT was lower than that in stage III group (P<0.05). According to Sepearman's analysis, D-D and FIB levels had a positive correlation with TNM staging of lung cancer patients, while APTT had a negative correlation with TNM staging of lung cancer patients (P<0.05). The expression levels of D-D and FIB in the survival group were higher than those in the survival group, and APTT was lower than that in the survival group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe levels of D-D and FIB are positively correlated with TNM stage in lung cancer patients, while APTT is negatively correlated with TNM stage in lung cancer patients, and their abnormal expression are closely related to the prognosis of patients. |
