目的探究非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAF)患者血miR-29b、miR-150、miR-223表达及其与心功能的相关性。方法选取NVAF患者102例为观察组,另选同期窦性心律患者60例为对照组。分析两组血miR-29b、miR-150、miR-223表达水平,及其与左心房内径(LAD)、左心室舒张期末内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、NVAF的关系,ROC曲线评价其表达对NVAF的诊断价值。比较联合诊断阳性与阴性患者随访6个月终点事件发生率。结果NVAF患者miR-29b、miR-150表达下调,miR-223表达上调,且其表达与LAD、LVEDD、LVEF相关。miR-29b、miR-150、miR-223表达均为NVAF发病的影响因素(P<0.05);miR-29b、miR-150、miR-223三者联合诊断AUC值最大,具有良好诊断效能,联合诊断阳性患者随访6个月终点事件发生率高于阴性患者(P<0.05)。结论NVAF患者miR-29b、miR-150表达下调,miR-223表达上调,且其表达与心功能有关,可作为临床诊断的潜在标志物,在疾病早期诊断、预后预测方面值得推广与应用。 |

To explore the expression of miR-29b, miR-150, miR-223 in blood of patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) and its correlation with cardiac function. Methods102 patients with NVAF were selected as the observation group, and 60 patients with sinus rhythm during the same period were selected as the control group. Analyze the expression level of miR-29b, miR-150, miR-223 in blood of the two groups, and their relationship with left atrial inner diameter (LAD), left ventricular end diastolic inner diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), NVAF. The ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of its expression to NVAF. The incidence of end-point events was compared between patients with positive and negative combined diagnosis at 6-month follow-up. ResultsThe expression of miR-29b and miR-150 was down-regulated in NVAF patients, and the expression of miR-223 was up-regulated, and their expression was related to LAD, LVEDD, and LVEF. The expressions of miR-29b, miR-150, and miR-223 are all influential factors in the onset of NVAF (P<0.05); the combined diagnosis of miR-29b, miR-150, and miR-223 has the largest AUC value, and has good diagnostic performance. The 6-month follow-up of patients with positive diagnosis had a higher end-point event rate than patients with negative diagnosis (P<0.05). ConclusionThe expression of miR-29b and miR-150 is down-regulated in NVAF patients, and the expression of miR-223 is up-regulated, and its expression is related to cardiac function. It can be used as a potential marker for clinical diagnosis, and it is worthy of promotion and application in the early diagnosis of disease and prognosis prediction. |
