呼吸系统疾病的发生率位于各系统疾病之首,随着其发病率的逐年攀升,呼吸系统疾病的预防、诊断和治疗也日益被重视。除一氧化氮和一氧化碳之外,硫化氢(H2S)是第3种重要的气体信号分子,具有典型的恶臭气味。越来越多的研究发现其与肺部炎症、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺癌等多种呼吸系统疾病的发生发展有着密切联系,在呼吸系统中兼具保护与损伤两种相互矛盾的作用,研究H2S在呼吸系统疾病中的作用及其相应的病理生理学机制对呼吸系统疾病的诊治具有重要意义。因此,本文对H2S的产生过程、H2S在呼吸系统中的双向作用以及在常见呼吸系统疾病中的具体作用进行了简要概述,为其临床应用提供理论依据。 |

The incidence rate of respiratory diseases is the highest among diseases of various systems throughout the body. As its incidence is increasing gradually, considerable attention is being paid to its prevention, diagnosis and treatment. The hydrogen sulfide (H2S), with a typical malodorous odor, has recently been recognized as the third important gas-signaling molecule, besides nitric oxide and carbonmonoxide. There is increasing evidence indicating an association between H2S and the occurrence and development of various respiratory diseases, such as pulmonary inflammation, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, etc. However, it has two contradictory effects on the respiratory system, both protection and injury. Studying the role of H2S in respiratory diseases and its corresponding pathophysiological mechanism is greatly significant for the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases. Therefore, this review provides a brief overview of the production process of H2S, the double-sided effects of H2S in the respiratory system, and the specific role in common respiratory diseases are reviewed in this article, hoping to provide a theoretical basis for its clinical application. |
