N6-甲基腺嘌呤(m6A)甲基化是哺乳动物最常见的mRNA修饰方式,受m6A甲基化酶、m6A去甲基化酶、m6A甲基识别蛋白等三类分子的动态调控。m6A甲基化修饰相关蛋白在鼻咽癌组织标本中表达异常,有望成为鼻咽癌诊断和治疗的潜在分子靶点。本文就m6A甲基化及其对鼻咽癌增殖、转移、多重耐药性和放疗增敏方面的影响进行综述。 |

N6-methyladenine (m6A) methylation is the most common mRNA modification mode in mammals, and is dynamically regulated by m6A methylase, m6A demethylase and m6A methyl recognition protein. The expression of m6A methylated related proteins is abnormal in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue samples, which is expected to be a potential molecular target for the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. In this review, m6A methylation and its effects on proliferation, metastasis, multi-drug resistance and radiotherapy sensitization of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were reviewed. |
