心血管疾病是造成全球疾病负担的主要因素之一,动脉粥样硬化(As)是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的病理生理学基础,可以长期隐匿存在,直到斑块破裂和血栓形成,进而可导致急性冠状动脉综合征和猝死。如何有效利用影像方法监测As发生发展已成为迫在眉睫的问题。近年来,分子影像技术和纳米医学在As疾病早期诊断中的应用已成为一大热点。本文对纳米医学和分子影像技术在As疾病中的诊断应用进展进行综述。 |

Cardiovascular disease is one of the primary factors contributing to the global burden of disease. Atherosclerosis (As) is the pathophysiological basis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. As can remain invisible for a long time until plaque ruptures and thrombosis appears, which can lead to acute coronary syndrome and sudden death. How to effectively use imaging methods to monitor the occurrence and development of As has become an urgent issue. Recently, molecular imaging and nanomedicine have become a hot spot in the early diagnosis of As. This review summarizes the application progress of nanomedicine and molecular imaging in the diagnosis of As. |
