| 目的了解衡阳市城区老年人能力受损情况及其影响因素,为促进老年人健康提出可行性建议。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,选取符合条件的542例老年人,应用《老年人能力评估标准表(试行)》对老年人进行能力评估,并对其相关影响因素进行分析。结果衡阳市城区老年人标准化能力受损率为41.5%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄(OR=2.460,95%CI 1.764~3.431)、朋友聚会(OR=3.348,95%CI 2.082~5.384)、健康自评状况(OR=3.091,95%CI 2.196~4.350)、患慢性病种数(OR=1.795,95%CI 1.426~2.261)、睡眠状况(OR=2.204,95%CI 1.323~3.673)与老年人能力受损呈正相关(P＜0.05)。结论衡阳市老年人能力受损率较高,应重点关注老年人群健康状况,防止过早能力受损。 |

| To understand the impaired ability of the elderly in Hengyang city and its influencing factors, and put forward feasible suggestions for promoting the health of the elderly. MethodsA multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to select 542 eligible elderly people. The capacity assessment standard table for the elderly (trial) released by the National Medical Administration of China in 2019 was used to assess the capacity of the elderly, and the relevant influencing factors were analyzed. ResultsThe impaired rate of standardization ability of the elderly in Hengyang city was 41.5%. Logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR=2.460,95%CI:1.764－3.431), friends gathering (OR=3.348,95%CI:2.082－5.384), self-rated health status (OR=3.091,95%CI:2.196－4.350), number of chronic diseases (OR=1.795,95%CI:1.426－2.261), sleep status (OR=2.204,95%CI:1.323－3.673) were positively correlated with impaired ability of the elderly (P＜0.05). ConclusionThe elderly in Hengyang have a high rate of impaired abilities, and the health status of the elderly should be focused on to prevent premature impairment of abilities. |
