| 目的探讨冠心病急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)患者的健康赋权现状及其影响因素。方法便利抽样法抽取衡阳市某三甲医院125例冠心病急诊PCI术后患者,采用一般资料调查问卷和患者感知赋权量表对患者进行横断面调查与分析。结果冠心病急诊PCI术后住院患者赋权总分为(33.11±5.438)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,高血压病史、文化水平、心脏康复分层和心功能分级是其主要影响因素(P＜0.05)。结论冠心病急诊PCI术后患者的健康赋权得分处于中低水平,其主要影响因素是高血压病史、文化水平、心脏康复分层和心功能分级。 |

| To investigate the status and influencing factors of health empowerment of patients undergoing emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for coronary heart disease. MethodsConvenience sampling method was used to select 125 patients with coronary heart disease after emergency PCI in a class A hospital of Hengyang city. A cross-sectional survey and analysis were conducted using general data questionnaire and patient perception empowerment scale. ResultsThe total mean empowerment score of patients with coronary heart disease after emergency PCI was (33.11±5.438) points. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that history of hypertension, educational level, stratification of cardiac rehabilitation and grading of cardiac function were the main influencing factors (P＜0.05). ConclusionThe health empowerment score of patients with coronary heart disease after emergency PCI was in the middle and low level, and the main influencing factors were hypertension history, educational level, stratification of cardiac rehabilitation and grading of cardiac function. |
