| 目的探究乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合免疫球蛋白治疗老年肺炎患者的临床疗效及对炎症因子的影响。 方法60例老年肺炎患者随机均分为两组,对照组基础治疗结合免疫球蛋白治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患者疗效、临床症状消失时间、不良反应情况,比较治疗前、后两组患者炎症因子及免疫蛋白水平变化。 结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组临床症状消失时间明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后炎症因子及免疫蛋白水平均改善,且观察组治疗后较对照组治疗后改善更为显著(P＜0.05)。两组不良反应均较低,且差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。 结论乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合免疫球蛋白治疗老年肺炎疗效显著,恢复快,免疫功能一定程度提升,不良反应率低,安全可靠。 |

| To explore the clinical efficacy of acetylcysteine nebulized inhalation combined with immunoglobulin in the treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia and its influence on inflammatory factors. Methods60 elderly patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with basic therapy combined with immunoglobulin therapy, and the observation group was combined with acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation therapy on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, disappearance time of clinical symptoms, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients, and the changes in the levels of inflammatory factors and immune proteins in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05), and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors and immune protein in the two groups were improved after treatment, and the improvement in the observation group after treatment was more significant than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The adverse reactions of the two groups were low, and the difference was not significant (P＞0.05). ConclusionAcetylcysteine nebulized inhalation combined with immunoglobulin is effective in the treatment of elderly pneumonia, with quick recovery, improved immune function to a certain extent, low adverse reaction rate, safety and reliability. |
