      目的分析血清干扰素诱生蛋白-10(IP-10)、血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)及核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)对急性百草枯中毒预后的预测价值及影响因素。 方法选择急性百草枯中毒患者105例,收集并记录其年龄、性别、服毒剂量等一般资料;采用ELISA法测定入院时患者血清IP-10、HO-1、Nrf2水平。随访30天患者生存和死亡情况,分析影响患者预后的因素以及IP-10、HO-1、Nrf2对预后的预测价值。 结果随访期间共32例患者死亡(30.48%)。死亡组入院时血清IP-10、HO-1、Nrf2、百草枯水平高于生存组。服毒剂量、序贯器官衰竭估计评分(SOFA)、急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分系统(APACHEⅡ)、IP-10、HO-1、Nrf2、入院时百草枯水平均为预后的影响因素(P<0.05),IP-10、HO-1、Nrf2可预测患者的预后(P<0.05)。 结论IP-10、HO-1、Nrf2为急性百草枯中毒预后的影响因素,IP-10、HO-1、Nrf2水平可辅助预测患者的预后。

      To analyze the predictive value of serum interferon-inducing protein-10 (IP-10), heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and nuclear factor E2 related factors (Nrf2) on the prognosis of acute paraquat poisoning and the prognostic factors. Methods105 patients with acute paraquat poisoning were selected, and general information such as age, sex, and dose of poison were collected and recorded; the serum IP-10, HO-1, and Nrf2 levels of the patients were determined by ELISA method. The survival and death of patients were followed up for 30 days, and the factors affecting the prognosis of patients and the predictive value of IP-10, HO-1, and Nrf2 on the prognosis were analyzed. ResultsA total of 32 patients died (30.48%) during the follow-up period. Serum levels of IP-10, HO-1, Nrf2, and paraquat in the death group were higher than those in the survival group. Toxic dose, Sequential Organ Failure Assessment Score (SOFA), Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Status Score System (APACHEⅡ), IP-10, HO-1, Nrf2, Paraquat level on admission are all prognostic factors (P<0.05), IP-10, HO-1, Nrf2 can predict the prognosis of patients (P<0.05).ConclusionIP-10, HO-1, and Nrf2 are factors that affect the prognosis of acute paraquat poisoning. The levels of IP-10, HO-1, and Nrf2 can help predict the prognosis of patients.
