目的探讨拔牙位点保存技术对种植牙修复患者拔牙后出现骨缺失的预防效果。方法选取种植牙修复患者65例,分为试验组(拔牙位点保存技术)和对照组(常规种植牙操作),均随访至拔牙6个月后,锥形束CT评价骨密度、牙槽嵴高度与宽度变化。比较两组种植成功率、种植满意度;采用红色美学指数(PES)评价牙齿的美学效果。结果拔牙3个月及6个月后两组牙槽嵴高度、宽度及骨密度值均较拔牙前有所降低,且试验组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。拔牙6个月后,试验组PES评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组种植满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论种植牙修复患者采用拔牙位点保存技术能有效减少牙槽骨骨吸收,有助于提高种植的美学效果与患者的满意度。 |

To investigate the preventive effect of tooth extraction site preservation technology on bone loss after tooth extraction in implant restoration patients. Methods65 patients were divided into experimental group (extraction site preservation technique) and control group (conventional implant operation). All patients were followed up to 6 months after extraction, and the changes of bone mineral density and alveolar ridge height and width were evaluated by cone beam CT. The planting success rate and planting satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Red aesthetic index (PES) was used to evaluate the aesthetic effect of teeth. ResultsThe alveolar ridge height, width and bone mineral density of the two groups were lower than those before tooth extraction 3 and 6 months later, and the experimental group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). After 6 months of tooth extraction,PES scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The planting satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). ConclusionTooth extraction site preservation technology can effectively reduce alveolar bone absorption in patients with dental implant restoration, which is helpful to improve the aesthetic effect of dental implant and patient satisfaction. |
