| 目的探讨奥氮平联合家庭治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者疗效及认知功能、社会功能和家庭功能的影响。 方法随机将100例慢性精神分裂症患者均分为两组,对照组采用奥氮平治疗,观察组采用奥氮平联合家庭治疗。比较两组疗效、认知功能、社会功能、家庭功能及安全性。 结果观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后观察组定向能力、计算能力、注意力、记忆能力、语言能力、MMSE总分均明显高于对照组；社会功能各维度评分均明显低于对照组；家庭功能各维度评分、总功能评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。 结论奥氮平联合家庭治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者疗效显著,可有效改善患者认知功能、社会功能和家庭功能,值得临床推广。 |

| To explore the effect of olanzapine combined with family therapy on cognitive function, social function and family function in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods100 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with olanzapine and the observation group was treated with olanzapine combined with family therapy. The efficacy, cognitive function, social function, family function and safety of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the total scores of orientation ability, calculation ability, attention, memory ability, language ability and MMSE in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group; The scores of all dimensions of social function were significantly lower than those in the control group; The scores of family function in each dimension and total function were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). ConclusionOlanzapine combined with family therapy has a significant effect on patients with chronic schizophrenia. It can effectively improve patients' cognitive function, social function and family function, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
