      目的探讨智能运动反馈训练联合推拿对脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者下肢功能恢复的影响。 方法选取44例脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者,其中22例给与推拿治疗(推拿组),22例给与推拿联合下肢智能运动反馈训练(联合组)。治疗前、后评估两组患者下肢运动功能(FMA量表)、平衡能力(BBS量表)、步行能力(FAC量表)、日常生活自主活动能力(MBI量表)。 结果治疗后联合组和推拿组FMA、BBS评分较治疗前提高,且联合组优于推拿组(P<0.05)。治疗后第4、6、8周联合组FAC、MBI评分较治疗前提高,且联合组优于推拿组(P<0.05)。 结论在推拿治疗基础上开展下肢智能运动反馈训练,可促进脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者下肢功能的恢复。
英文摘要:
      To explore the effect of intelligent motor feedback training combined with massage on the recovery of lower limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia during convalescence. Methods44 stroke patients with hemiplegia in convalescence were selected, 22 of them were treated with massage therapy (massage group), and 22 of them were treated with massage therapy combined with lower limb intelligent motor feedback training (combined group). The motor function of lower limbs (FMA scale), balance ability (BBS scale), walking ability (FAC scale) and activities of daily living (MBI scale) were evaluated before and after treatment. ResultsAfter treatment, the scores of FMA and BBS in the combined group and massage group were higher than those before treatment, and the combined group was better than the massage group (P<0.05). At the 4th, 6th and 8th week after treatment, the scores of FAC and MBI in the combined group were higher than those before treatment, and the combined group was better than the massage group (P<0.05). ConclusionOn the basis of massage therapy, lower limb intelligent motor feedback training can promote the recovery of lower limb function in hemiplegic patients with stroke at convalescence.
