目的探讨血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、musclin、cathepsin S水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)严重程度的关系。 方法选择84例CHD患者为CHD组,并选择同期冠状动脉造影的健康体检者110例为对照组。根据Gensini总积分将CHD患者分为轻度病变组、中度病变组和重度病变组。比较各组血清ALP、musclin、cathepsin S水平。 结果CHD组血清ALP和cathepsin S水平高于对照组(P<0.05),musclin水平低于对照组(P<0.05);且随CHD严重程度增加,患者血清ALP、musclin和cathepsin S水平差异更为显著(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示,ALP和cathepsin S与CHD严重程度呈正相关,musclin与其呈负相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示ALP、musclin和cathepsin S为预测高Gensini积分的独立预测因子。 结论CHD患者血清ALP和cathepsin S水平与CHD严重程度呈正相关,musclin水平与CHD严重程度呈负相关,可作为CHD患者早期敏感指标。 |

To investigate the relationship between the expression levels of serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP), musclin and cathepsin S and the severity of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods84 cases of CHD patients were selected as the CHD group, and 110 healthy subjects who underwent coronary angiography during the same period were selected as the control group. According to the Gensini total score, CHD patients were divided into mild lesion group, moderate lesion group and severe lesion group. The levels of serum ALP, musclin and cathepsin S in each group were compared. ResultsThe levels of serum ALP and cathepsin S in the CHD group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the level of musclin were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). As the severity of CHD increased, the differences in serum ALP, musclin and cathepsin S levels were more significant (P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that the levels of ALP and cathepsin S were positively correlated with the severity of CHD, and the level of musclin were negatively correlated with the severity of CHD. Logistic regression analysis showed that ALP, musclin and cathepsin S were independent predictors of high Gensini score. ConclusionThe levels of serum ALP and cathepsin S in CHD patients are positively correlated with the severity of CHD, and the level of musclin is negatively correlated with the severity of CHD, which can be used as early sensitive indicators for CHD patients. |
