      目的探讨树脂渗透技术用于预防早期龋齿对患儿牙周炎症反应和牙槽骨密度水平的影响。方法本院治疗的早期龋齿患者121例,根据选取的材料分为观察组(n=59)和对照组(n=62),观察组给予渗透树脂填充,对照组给予复合树脂填充,观察两组治疗疗效,检测治疗前后牙周指标、炎症因子水平及乐槽骨密度。结果观察组和对照组治疗前及治疗后1个月PLI和牙龈指数(GI)水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后1个月龈沟液白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)分别为(1.81±0.28)μg/L、(3.10±0.91)μg/L和(7.18±1.13)μg/L,低于对照组的(2.41±0.37)μg/L、(3.84±0.80)μg/L和(7.97±1.10)μg/L(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗前及治疗后1个月牙槽骨密度比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论树脂渗透技术用于预防早期龋齿有较好的效果,对患儿牙周及牙槽骨密度无影响,对龈沟液炎症因子有一定影响。
英文摘要:
      To investigate the effect of resin infiltration technology on periodontal inflammatory response and alveolar bone mineral density in children with early caries. Methods121 patients with early caries treated in our hospital were divided into observation group (n=59) and control group (n=62). The observation group was filled with osmotic resin and the control group was filled with composite resin. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and the plaque index (PLI) before and after treatment were measured. ResultsThere was no significant difference in PLI and gingival index (GI) between the observation group and the control group before and 1 month after treatment (P>0.05); One month after treatment, the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs CRP) in gingival crevicular fluid of the observation group were (1.81±0.28) μg/L,(3.10±0.91) μg/L and (7.18±1.13) μg/L respectively, significantly lower than that in the control group(2.41±0.37)μg/L,(3.84±0.80)μg/L and(7.97±1.10)μg/L (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in alveolar bone mineral density between the observation group and the control group before and 1 month after treatment (P>0.05); The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionResin penetration technique is effective in preventing early caries, has no effect on periodontal and alveolar bone mineral density, and has a certain effect on gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors.
