目的分析声触诊组织成像定量(VTIQ)技术对不同超声分型的乳腺BI-RADS4类结节定性诊断的应用价值。方法选取230例乳腺影像报告和数据系统BI-RADS4类乳腺结节患者为研究对象,采用VTIQ技术测量结节内部剪切波速度(SWV),评估VTIQ对乳腺BI-RADS4类结节的定性诊断价值。结果致密型乳腺及非致密型乳腺的恶性结节SWV显著大于良性组(P<0.05)。结节SWV判断乳腺结节良恶性的ROC曲线下面积为0.82。取最佳SWV cut-off值6.14 m/s,VTIQ对诊断致密型乳腺和非致密型乳腺BI-RADS4类良恶性结节的灵敏度分别为0.712和0.956(P<0.05),特异度分别为0.856和0.917(P>0.05)。结论VTIQ技术对BI-RADS4类乳腺结节具有较高的定性诊断效能,且致密型及非致密型乳腺中特异度差异无显著性。 |

To analyze the application value of virtual touch tissue imaging quantification (VTIQ) technique in qualitative diagnosis of breast imaging report and data system 4(BI-RADS4) type breast nodules with different ultrasonic classification. Methods230 patients with BI-RADS4 types of breast nodules were selected as the study subjects. VTIQ technique was used to measure the mean value of shear wave velocity (SWV) in nodules, to evaluate the qualitative diagnostic value of VTIQ in breast BI-RADS4 type nodules. ResultsThe mean SWV of malignant nodules in dense breast and non-dense breast was significantly higher than that in benign breast group (P<0.05). The area under ROC curve for judging benign and malignant breast nodules by mean SWV of nodules was 0.82. The optimal cut-off value was 6.14 m/s, and the sensitivity of VTIQ in the diagnosis of dense and non-dense BI-RADS4 benign and malignant nodules was 0.712 and 0.956 (P<0.05), the specificity were 0.856 and 0.912 (P>0.05). ConclusionVTIQ has high qualitative diagnostic efficacy for BI-RADS4 type breast nodules, and there is no significant difference in specificity between dense and non-dense breast nodules. |
