| 目的进行人蛋白激酶Cα(PKCα)蛋白结构和功能的生物信息学分析,为人PKCα的调控机制及生物学功能提供理论基础。方法利用NCBI、TMHMM、ProtComp、ProtParam等数据库和生物信息学分析工具,对人PKCα蛋白的结构、性质、功能域及蛋白质空间结构进行分析。结果人PKCα属不稳定蛋白,为非跨膜亲水性蛋白,无信号肽属于非分泌性蛋白,具有磷酸化位点。其二级结构主要是无规则卷曲,三级结构主要是蛋白质扭曲。无二硫键,有离子通道活性和钙释放通道活性,参与离子转运并与多种蛋白存在相互作用关系。结论人PKCα蛋白在参与和调节离子转运、细胞死亡、能量代谢等许多生理过程中起着重要的作用。 |

| To contribute theoretically to further research on regulatory mechanisms and biological functions of protein kinase C alpha(PKCα). MethodsModern bioinformatics online databases and analytic tools, including NCBI, Protscale, TMHMM, ProtComp and ProtParam, were used to analyze the possible structure and potential functions of human PKCα protein. ResultsThe human PKCα was an unstable protein, non-transmembrane protein and hydrophilic protein. PKCα had no signal peptide and belonged to non-secretory protein. The secondary structure of human PKC was mainly irregular curly. Moreover, the protein had multiple phosphorylation sites, but had no disulfide bonds. They had ion channel activity and calcium release channel activity, participated in ion transport and interacted with various proteins. ConclusionHuman PKCα play an important role in participating in ion transport, cell death, energy metabolism and many other physiological processes. |
