| 动脉粥样硬化是一种伴有内皮功能障碍、泡沫细胞形成以及血管平滑肌细胞增殖等复杂病理改变的慢性炎症反应性疾病。微小RNA是由大约19～25个核苷酸组成的单链非编码RNA,被认为是基因表达转录后的调控因子。大量微小RNA参与了动脉粥样硬化的病理过程。本文总结了微小RNA调控血管内皮细胞和血管平滑肌细胞的凋亡、衰老、增殖和迁移等,参与动脉粥样硬化发生发展的新进展。 |

| Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease with complex pathological changes such as endothelial dysfunction, foam cell formation and vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation. miRNA is a single-stranded non-coding RNA composed of about 19－25 nucleotides, which is considered to be a post-transcriptional regulator of gene expression. miRNAs involved in the pathological process of atherosclerosis. This paper briefly summarizes the new progress of miRNA in regulating the proliferation, migration and phenotype transformation of vascular endothelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells, and participating in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. |
