| 目的分析血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPO-Ab)与妊娠期高血压(HDCP)患者病情严重程度的关系。方法选择妊娠期高血压患者107例作为研究对象,入组研究对象根据妊娠期高血压诊断分级标准分为妊娠期单纯高血压组56例、子痫前期组28例和重度子痫前期组23例。另选择同期正常妊娠的健康孕妇60例作为对照组。对各组患者血清PTH、Hcy、TPO-Ab含量进行测定。结果妊高征组患者血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、载脂蛋白E(ApoE)含量高于对照组(P＜0.05)。妊高征组患者血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、脂蛋白a含量均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。不同病情严重程度患者血清Hcy、PTH及TPO-Ab含量差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。血清PTH、Hcy及TPO-Ab含量均与妊娠期高血压病情呈显著正相关(P＜0.05)。结论血清PTH、Hcy、TPO-Ab含量与妊娠期高血压患者病情严重程度呈显著正相关。 |

| To analyze the relationship between the expression of serum PTH, Hcy, TPO-Ab and the severity of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods107 patients with gestational hypertension who were treated in our hospital were divided into pregancy simple hypertension group (n＝56), preeclampsia group (n＝28) and severe preeclampsia group (n＝23) according to HDCP diagnostic grading criteria. In addition, 60 healthy pregnant women with normal pregnancy in our hospital were selected as the control group. The content of serum PTH, Hcy, TPO-Ab in each group was determined. Resultsthe levels of serum TG, TC, LDL, ApoB, ApoE in PIH group were significantly higher than those in control group (P＜0.05). The levels of serum HDL, ApoA1, Lp(a) in HDCP group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05). The levels of serum Hcy, PTH and TPO-Ab in patients with different severity were significantly different (P＜0.05). The levels of serum PTH, Hcy and TPO-Ab were positively correlated with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). ConclusionThe expression level of serum PTH, Hcy, TPO-Ab is positively correlated with the severity of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. |
