| 目的探讨前血清白蛋白(PA)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(sdLDLC)联合诊断急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床价值。方法选取97例ACI患者为ACI组,另选同期体检的健康人员50例为正常组。比较两组血清PA、ALP、HCY和sdLDLC表达水平及对ACI的诊断价值。结果ACI组血清ALP、HCY、sdLDLC水平高于正常组,PA低于正常组(P＜0.05)；血清ALP、HCY和sdLDLC水平在轻、中、重度梗死患者中表达水平逐渐升高,PA在轻、中、重度梗死患者中表达水平逐渐降低(P＜0.05)；血清ALP、HCY和sdLDLC水平在小面积、中面积、大面积脑梗死中表达逐渐升高,PA表达逐渐降低(P＜0.05)；绘制血清PA、ALP、HCY和sdLDLC诊断ACI的ROC曲线,其AUC分别为0.662、0.729、0.745、0.760,联合检测的AUC为0.831。结论血清PA、ALP、HCY和sdLDLC联合检测对急性脑梗死具有较好诊断价值,对判断脑梗死面积及梗死程度也具有一定指导意义。 |

| To investigate the clinical value of pre-serum protein (PA), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), homocysteine (HCY), and small and dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (sdLDLC) in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). MethodsNinety-seven ACI patients were enrolled as the ACI group, and 50 healthy people in the same period were selected as the normal group. The serum PA, ALP, HCY and sdLDLC expression levels as well as their diagnostic value for ACI were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe serum levels of ALP, HCY, and sdLDLC in the ACI group were higher than those in the normal group, and the PA was lower than that in the normal group (P＜0.05). The levels of serum ALP, HCY and sdLDLC were gradually increased in patients with mild, moderate and severe infarction, while the expression of PA was gradually decreased (P＜0.05). Serum ALP, HCY, and sdLDLC levels gradually increased in small, medium, and large areas of cerebral infarction, while PA expression gradually decreased (P＜0.05). The ROC curves of serum PA, ALP, HCY and sdLDLC for ACI were plotted, and their AUC were 0.662 and 0.729,0.745,0.760, respectively; the AUC of the joint detection was 0.831. ConclusionThe combined detection of serum PA, ALP, HCY and sdLDLC has a good diagnostic value for acute cerebral infarction, which has a certain guiding significance for judging the area and degree of infarction. |
