目的探讨小儿支气管炎25-羟维生素D3[25(OH)D3]水平与辅助性T细胞17/调节性T细胞(Th17/Treg)相关细胞因子的关系。方法纳入支气管炎患儿90例作为病例组,同期健康体检者90例作为对照组。测定两组血清25(OH)D3、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)水平。受试者工作特征曲线分析各指标对小儿支气管炎的评估价值,并分析25(OH)D3水平与Th17/Treg细胞因子的相关性。结果病例组血清25(OH)D3、IL-10含量显著低于对照组,而血清IL-6、IL-17、IL-23含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。血清25(OH)D3、IL-6、IL-10、IL-17、IL-23含量评估小儿支气管炎的AUC分别为0.709、0.736、0.714、0.742、0.771。血清25(OH)D3含量与血清IL-10呈正相关,与IL-6、IL-17、IL-23呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论支气管炎患儿存在25(OH)D3缺失及Th17/Treg相关细胞因子失衡,其中25(OH)D3与Th17/Treg相关细胞因子存在相关性。 |

To investigate the relationship between 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 [25(OH)D3] level and cytokines related to helper T cell 17/regulatory T cell (Th17/Treg) in children with bronchitis. MethodsNinety children with bronchitis were selected as case group and 90 healthy persons as control group. Serum levels of 25(OH)D3, interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-10 (IL-10), interleukin-17 (IL-17) and interleukin-23 (IL-23) were measured. Receiver operating characteristic curve was used to analyze the evaluation value of each index in children with bronchitis, and to analyze the correlation between 25(OH)D3 content and Th17/Treg cytokines. ResultsThe levels of serum 25(OH)D3 and IL-10 in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the serum levels of IL-6, IL-17 and IL-23 were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The AUC of serum 25(OH)D3, IL-6, IL-10, IL-17 and IL-23 were 0.709,0.736,0.714,0.742 and 0.771, respectively. Serum 25(OH)D3 was positively correlated with serum IL-10, negatively correlated with IL-6, IL-17 and IL-23 (P<0.05). ConclusionIt is suggested that 25(OH)D3 deletion and Th17/Treg related cytokines imbalance exist in children with bronchitis, and 25(OH)D3 is correlated with Th17/Treg related cells. |
