      目的探讨能谱CT最佳单能量成像联合40%自适应统计迭代重建(ASIR)技术对子宫动脉图像质量的优化。方法收集30例行全腹能谱CT增强检查的青年女性患者,采用能谱分析软件,得出显示子宫动脉的最佳单能量;对比分析最佳单能量+40%ASIR组与140 kVp混合能量组子宫动脉CT值、背景CT值、背景噪声(BN)、对比噪声比(CNR)、信噪比(SNR)以及图像质量评分。结果子宫动脉的最佳单能量平均值为(62.07±1.17) keV;62 keV+40%ASIR组子宫动脉CT值、CNR、SNR均明显高于140 kVp混合能量组(P<0.05);62 keV+40%ASIR组BN小于140 kVp混合能量组(P<0.05);62 keV+40%ASIR组的子宫动脉的主观评分高于140 kVp混合能量组(P<0.05)。结论子宫动脉最佳单能量(62 keV)联合40%ASIR对子宫动脉进行显影,可以降低辐射剂量,降低图像背景噪声,提高子宫动脉的图像质量。

      To explore the optimization of uterine artery image quality with spectral CT optimal monochromatic imaging combined with 40% adaptive statistical interative reconstruction (ASIR) . Methods30 young female patients who underwent whole abdominal energy spectral CT enhancement examination were collected. The optimal monochromatic of uterine artery was obtained by using energy spectral analysis software. The image quality parameters were compared between the optimal monochromatic +40% ASIR group and 140kVp mixed energy group, including uterine artery CT value, background CT value, background noise (BN), contrast noise ratio (CNR), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and the image quality subjective score. ResultsThe mean value of the optimal monochromatic energy of uterine artery was about(62.07±1.17) keV. The uterine artery CT value, CNR and SNR in 62 keV +40%ASIR group were significantly higher than those in 140 kVp mixed energy group (P<0.05); The BN in 62 keV + 40%ASIR group was significantly less than that in 140 kVp mixed energy group (P<0.05); The subjective scores of uterine artery in 62 keV + 40%ASIR group was higher than 140 kVp mixed energy group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe optimal monochromatic energy (62 keV) combined with 40% ASIR can reduce the radiation dose, reduce the image background noise, and improve the image quality of the uterine artery.
