目的探讨血浆环状RNA(circRNA)hsa_circ_0004812在乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)相关性肝癌中的诊断价值。 方法选择HBV相关性肝癌(肝癌组)、慢性乙型肝炎(肝炎组)、乙型肝炎肝硬化(肝硬化组)患者,设同期健康志愿者为正常对照组。采用qRT-PCR检测血浆hsa_circ_0004812表达,并建立受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线,评估hsa_circ_0004812与AFP联合检测对肝癌的诊断价值。 结果HBV相关性肝癌患者中hsa_circ_0004812表达明显高于正常对照组、肝炎组和肝硬化组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示hsa_circ_0004812和甲胎蛋白均具有较高的诊断效能(AUC>0.7),且hsa_circ_0004812和甲胎蛋白联合诊断效能更高(AUC 0.834~0.853)。 结论circRNA(hsa_circ_0004812)是一个潜在的HBV相关性肝癌诊断生物标志物,且与AFP联合诊断有更高的鉴别能力。 |

To investigate the expression of plasma circular RNA (circRNA) hsa_circ_0004812 in the diagnosis of hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related liver cancer. MethodsPatients with HBV related liver cancer (HCC group), chronic hepatitis B (hepatitis group) and hepatitis B cirrhosis (cirrhosis group) were selected, healthy volunteers in the same period were set as normal control group. Plasma hsa_circ_0004812 was detected by qRT-PCR. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was established, to evaluate hsa_circ_ 0004812 combined with AFP in the diagnosis of liver cancer. ResultsThe expression of hsa_circ_0004812 in patients with HBV related liver cancer was significantly higher than that in normal control group, hepatitis group and liver cirrhosis group (P<0.05). ROC curve showed hsa_circ_0004812 and alpha fetoprotein had high diagnostic efficiency (AUC>0.7) and hsa_ circ_ 0004812 combined with AFP had higher diagnostic efficiency (AUC 0.834-0.853). ConclusioncircRNA (hsa_circ_0004812) is a potential biomarker for the diagnosis of HBV related liver cancer, and it has a higher differential ability with AFP. |
