| 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者足部振动感觉阈值(VPT)与血清胱抑素C(Cys C)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)的相关性。方法选取108例T2DM患者作为研究对象,根据足部VPT值将患者分为正常组43例,轻度异常组37例,重度异常组28例。比较各组间基本资料、生化指标及血清Cys C、HbAlc水平,并进行Pearson相关性分析和Logistic多元回归分析。结果3组间的年龄、病程、收缩压(SBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、Cys C、HbAlc、VPT差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。经过Pearson相关性分析,年龄、病程、SBP、TG、FPG、Cys C、HbAlc与T2DM患者VPT均呈正相关(P＜0.05)。经过Logistic多元回归分析,年龄、病程、Cys C、HbAlc是T2DM患者足部VPT异常的独立危险因素。结论血清Cys C、HbAlc是T2DM患者足部VPT的独立危险因素,为预测2型糖尿病患者足部溃疡的发生提供参考依据。 |

| To investigate the correlation between foot vibration threshold (VPT) of type 2 diabetes (T2DM) patients and serum cystatin C (Cys C), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc). MethodsA total of 108 T2DM patients were selected as the research objects. According to the foot VPT value, the patients were divided into a normal group of 43 cases, a mildly abnormal group of 37 cases, and a severely abnormal group of 28 cases. The basic data, biochemical indexes, serum Cys C and HbAlc levels between the groups were compared, and Pearson correlation analysis and Logistic multiple regression analysis were performed. ResultsThere were statistical differences between the three groups in age, disease course, systolic blood pressure (SBP), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), triglyceride (TG), Cys C, HbAlc and VPT (P＜0.05). Through Pearson correlation analysis, age, disease course, SBP, TG, FPG, Cys C and HbAlc were all positively correlated with VPT of T2DM patients (P＜0.05). After logistic multiple regression analysis, age, disease course, Cys C, HbAlc are independent risk factors for abnormal foot VPT in T2DM patients. ConclusionIt can be seen that serum Cys C and HbAlc are independent risk factors for VPT in patients with T2DM, and provide a reference for predicting the occurrence of foot ulcers in patients with type 2 diabetes. |
