      目的探讨柴朴汤对肝郁型哮喘小鼠细胞黏附分子1(CADM1)、T细胞成熟相关蛋白(MAL)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)、胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)表达的影响。方法将18只Balb/c小鼠随机均分为正常组、肝郁型哮喘组、柴朴汤组。按照文献复制肝郁型哮喘模型,使用柴朴汤干预。采用免疫印迹法检测小鼠肺组织中CADM1、MAL、IL-33、TSLP的蛋白表达量,定量反转录聚合酶链式反应(qRT-PCR)法检测各组CADM1、MAL、IL-33、TSLP的信使核糖核酸(mRNA)表达情况。结果肝郁型哮喘组CADM1、MAL蛋白及mRNA表达量均低于正常组(P<0.05)和柴朴汤组(P<0.05)。肝郁型哮喘组IL-33、TSLP蛋白及mRNA表达量均高于正常组(P<0.05)和柴朴汤组(P<0.05)。结论柴朴汤能上调肝郁型哮喘小鼠CADM1、MAL的表达,且下调IL-33、TSLP的表达。

      To investigate the expression of cell adhesion molecules(CADM1), T-lymphocyte maturation associated protein T(MAL), recombinant interleukin-33( IL-33), thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP) in mice with liver depression asthma and the intervention of Chaipu decoction. MethodsEighteen healthy Balb/c mice were randomly divided into normal group, liver depression asthma group, Chaipu decoction group, with six animals in each group. According to the literature, the liver depression model of asthma was copied, and Chaipu decoction was used for intervention. The protein expression of CADM1, MAL, IL-33, TSLP in mouse lung tissue were detected by immunoblotting and the mRNA expression of CADM1, MAL, IL-33, TSLP were detecetd by quantitative reverse transcriptional polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) method. ResultsThe protein expression and mRNA expression of CADM1 and MAL in the liver depression asthma group were less than those in the normal group(P<0.05)and in Chaipu decoction group(P<0.05). The protein expression and mRNA expression of IL-33 and TSLP in the liver depression asthma group had increased more than those in the normal group(P<0.05)and in Chaipu decoction group(P<0.05). ConclusionChaipu decoction up-regulated CAM1 and MAL, down-regulated IL-33 and TSLP expression in mice with liver stagnation type asthma.
