目的以白藜芦醇为结构单元设计合成丹酚酸A的结构类似物,测定其体外机抗氧化作用。方法通过简单的四步反应进行合成并确定其结构,同时对合成的丹酚酸A类似物进行体外抗氧化1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)活性测试。结果成功建立丹酚酸A类似物。DPPH抗氧化活性测试结果显示化合物d、e和f的自由基清除率远大于对照品丹酚酸A和抗坏血酸。结论设计合成的丹酚酸A类似物具备极强的抗氧化活性,具有进一步研究的价值。 |

A series of structural analogs of salvianolic acid A were synthesized with resveratrol as the scaffold and their antioxidant activity were determined in vitro. MethodsThe salvianolic acid A analogs were synthesized by four-step simple reactions. The antioxidant activity of the analogs was evaluated in vitro for 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH). ResultsThe analogue of salvianolicacid A was succesfully established. DPPH antioxidant activity tests showed that the free radical scavenging rates of compounds d, e and f were much higher than that of salvianolic acid A and ascorbic acid. ConclusionThe designed and synthesized structural analogues of salvianolic acid A have strong antioxidant activity and are worthy of further research. |
