目的观察葡萄糖酸锌联合消旋卡多曲对轮状病毒性肠炎患儿机体微炎症状态及肠黏膜屏障功能的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取轮状病毒性肠炎患儿110例,根据治疗方法分为2组,每组55例。常规组给予对症支持治疗,联合组在常规组基础上给予葡萄糖酸锌联合消旋卡多曲治疗。记录两组治疗前后血清炎症因子、肠黏膜屏障功能指标水平变化,并统计两组临床治疗总有效率、治疗3天、5天、7天时轮状病毒的转阴情况。结果治疗后,联合组总有效率为92.73%,治疗3天时轮状病毒转阴率为58.18%,治疗5天时轮状病毒转阴率为72.73%,治疗7天时轮状病毒转阴率为94.55%,均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-15(IL-15)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肠黏膜屏障功能指标水平较治疗前下降,且联合组IL-10、IL-15、TNF-α、hs-CRP、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌联合消旋卡多曲可减轻轮状病毒性肠炎患儿机体微炎症状态,提高肠黏膜屏障功能,促进轮状病毒转阴,提高疗效。 |

To observe the effect of zinc gluconate combined with racemic cardoxil on microinflammation and intestinal mucosal barrier function in children with rotavirus enteritis, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods110 children with rotavirus enteritis were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the treatment method,55 cases in each group. The routine group was given symptomatic support therapy, and the combined group was given zinc gluconate combined with racemic cardotrex therapy on the basis of the routine group. The changes of serum inflammatory factors and intestinal mucosal barrier function index level before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups, and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the two groups was counted, and the turn negative situation at day 3, day 5, day 7 of rotavirus was recorded. ResultsAfter treatment, the total effective rate (92.73%), the negative rate of rotavirus (58.18%), the negative rate of rotavirus (72.73%) and the negative rate of rotavirus (94.55%) in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the routine group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-10, IL-15, TNF-α and hs-CRP), intestinal barrier function in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of IL-10, IL-15, TNF-α, hs-CRP, diamine oxidase (DAO), D-lactic acid in the combined group were lower than those in the routine group (P<0.05). ConclusionZinc gluconate combined with racemic cardotrexil can reduce the microinflammatory state of children with rotavirus enteritis, improve the barrier function of intestinal mucosa, promote the negative conversion of rotavirus and improve the curative effect. |
